INN POLICIES

One night's payment by cash or check must be received and cleared 5 days after reservation is made. Reservations made within 2 weeks of check-in must be paid within 24 hours upon booking. A 50% deposit for reservations of more than 3 nights is required. Credit card is available with a $600 minimum, however, if you want to charge less, there is a 5% processing fee.

Depending on the room, there is a minimum 2 night stay on weekends and minimums of 3 or more nights on holiday and event weekends. If you are unsure if your vacation falls on a holiday weekend, please check our online booking system.

Refunds will be issued if the cancellation was given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the check-in date will be refunded only if the same reservation can be rebooked for another guest, otherwise there is no refund.

Rates are for double occupancy only. Apply $50 charge for each additional guest or $100 for the Woodbine Cottage Suite. Check-in time can vary so we ask all our guests to call us when they are leaving or at least when they are 1 hour away.  Generally we should have the room ready between 4 and 6 p.m. daily however, you should still call us in advance; Check-out before 11 a.m. Late check out is available for an additional fee.

Reservations are not made until they are confirmed so please call if you have not received a confirmation. Confirmations are only made once payment is received.

 No pets please. No smoking inside the Inn. Smoking is available only outside in all public places in Rhode Island.

We are unable to grant refunds due to cancellations regarding the weather. In order to assist you, if a snow storm occurs during your stay you can receive one of two options. You can receive a gift certificate for a future stay with us to be used within 30 days of your original stay OR guests will be allowed to come 1 night earlier free of charge (subject to room availability).  This policy is only available for advanced reservations.
